Casserole Recipe concept:

9x13 pan

1) penne pasta on the bottom layer
2) layer of pizza style sauce
3) layer of pepperoni
4) layer of cheddar/mozzarella mix
5) layer of mashed potatoes
6) layer of ???
7) final layer of cheddar/mozzarella mix

???

Serve with a side salad.

There's a pizza in town here called the cardiac arrest. it's a 5 meat pizza.

nice..nothing wrong with a little artery clogging action every once in a while, makes life worth living.

Also when I first read your recipe I missed the sauce and thought it called for an actual layer of pizza =p

Shayla and I think that there should be 1) more veggies in this pizza pie and 2) Italian sausage would go well with the mashed potatoes so you should add those with the pepperoni layer.
