What's up with Ohio and "Heights"..
For real!? Is this like part of the city that's raised? It seems like they're suburbs, but they're related to similarly named suburbs/cities/towns, whatever...
cleveland/cleveland heights broadview heights parma/parma heights shaker heights highland heights bedford heights mayfield heights maple heights
And on and on...
So, tell me Ohio/Cleveland folk, what's up with this?
Is this all only around Cleveland area? Is it around the whole state of Ohio? What? I'm dying to know! |

lololol....it's a secret....
;)
Guess there's only one way to know for sure...
Someday I'll just have to make a trip to Ohio!
Arlington Heights Fairview Heights Peoria Heights Preston Heights Glendale Heights Chicago Heights Harwood Heights
Illinois has the same problem.
You flatlanders are freaks (OK, I know you're a WI aboriginal, so... I'll let you slide). But if you were born in Illinois, well... You'd have no excuse.
I think Ohio and Illinois is not friendly to people who are afraid of heights.
Illinois & Ohio: Acrophobes beware.
So unfitting, because Illinois is nothin' but flatland for the most part.
Except Starved Rock. That shit is exquisite.
I have no idea what the deal is, but it seems prevalent in many midwest states, really.
Furthermore, there aren't any real heights around here...mountains are practically non-existent in OH! Maybe it's mountain envy...hmmm...
I, personally, live in Cleveland, between Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights. ~;) | |
